In the research field "Digital Transformation", we research approaches for organizations to meet the challenge of digital transformation and actively shape it.
In this context, we are interested in three superordinate research aspects: First of all, the analysis of connections between technological and organizational changes. Secondly, research concerning the optimal degree of digitalization. And thirdly, research into the influences of human resource management on the establishment of a digital service culture.
